Please see below the different coaching options that I can offer. Please note, that if you are a Taupo local, our catch-ups can be in person over a cuppa and/or a jog and chat.
Bespoke Coaching
Basic Plan - Starting out or back into running $30 PW
All plans are BESPOKE for each individual.
Your coaching plan will include:
* A pre-meet up questionaire to help me ascertain your goals, and everything else in between, to help me get a picture of where you are, and where you want to head to.
* A 30 minute free Zoom or in person meet and chat.
*A weekly plan - planned two weeks in advance on Final Surge- an online training app (that can print your plans and/or sync to your phone, and sports watch.
*Feedback on the Final Surge message board.
*Monthly and/or zoom or in-person zoom chats and planning ahead meetings will be an extra $40 -( 45 minutes- 1 hr) on this plan.
Step up plan - for runners that want more 1-1 guidance $40 PW
This step up plan covers everything in the basic plan, as well as, the once per month in-person or zoom catchup chat and daily feedback via Final Surge, and/or email or messenger. With additional support with nutrition and strength needs.
* A weekly plan - planned two weeks in advance on Final Surge, ongoing communication, and tweaks of your plan as you go with your adaptations taken into account.
*If you have a race/s that you are training for I will plan backwards from your race in the background - so that you have your training sorted to get you to your goal event in PEAK condition.
Lydiard Progression Pyramid Plan seasoned runner - competitive $50 PW
If you have a key race that you have atleast 5 or more months to train for and have been running for some time, averaging an hour or more per run session - I would love to show you how the Lydiard training model can elevate your running to the next level. I am training using the Lydiard progression pyramid myself - allowing myself six months towards a marathon near the end of 2024. Already, I can see the benefits, adaptations, and progress.
With this competitive plan I would be constantly checking in with your and tweaking your training plan to suit where you are at via regular messaging and feedback, aswell as once per fortnight check-in catch ups if needed, so that you can be at your PEAK condition for your A race.
Coaching for a specific race $20 pW
